في المرأة تعطي زوجهاIf a Woman Gives Something to Her Husband, Can She Take It Back?
Hadith 21990
٢١٩٩٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا ابن أبي زائدة عن أشعث عن ابن سيرين قال: جاءت امرأة تخاصم زوجها إلى شريح في شيء أعطته إياه فقال الرجل: أليس قد قال اللَّه تعالى: ﴿فَإِنْ طِبْنَ لَكُمْ عَنْ شَيْءٍ مِنْهُ نَفْسًا فَكُلُوهُ هَنِيئًا مَرِيئًا﴾ [النساء: ٤]، فقال شريح: لو طابت به نفسها (لم تخاصمك) (١).
Hazrat Ibn Sirin narrates that a woman came to Hazrat Shurayh with a dispute concerning her husband. She had given something to her husband and now wanted to take it back. The man said, "Does Allah Almighty not say: If women give you something out of the happiness of their hearts, then consume it with ease?" Hazrat Shurayh replied, "If she had given it happily, she would not be disputing with you."
