Hadith 2198
٢١٩٨ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن سفيان عن عون بن أبي جحيفة عن أبيه قال: أتيت النبي ﷺ بالأبطح، فخرج بلال فأذن قال: فكأني انظر إليه يتبع فاه هاهنا، وهاهنا، يعني: يمينًا وشمالًا (١).
Hazrat Abu Juhaifah narrates that I presented myself in the service of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) at the place of Abtah. Hazrat Bilal came to give the call to prayer (adhan); he gave the adhan in such a way that he turned his face to the right and to the left.
