Hadith 21919
٢١٩١٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن منصور عن إبراهيم عن علقمة قال: إذا كان للرجل على الرجل الدين فأهدى إليه ليؤخر عنه، فليحسبه من دينه.
Hazrat Alqamah narrates that when a person owes a debt to someone and the debtor presents something as a gift so that the creditor may delay the collection of the debt, then that gift should be counted as part of the debt.
