٢١٨٦١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن برد عن مكحول قال: ولد أم الولد بمنزلتها (يعتقون بعتقها) (١)، يبيعهم صاحبهم إن شاء.
Hazrat Mak'hool says that the children of an umm walad are under the authority of their mother; when she is freed, they will also become free, and their owner, if he wishes, can sell them.
