Hadith 21854
٢١٨٥٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا عبد السلام بن حرب عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في الرجل يزوج أم ولده عبده فتلد له أولادا، قال: هم بمنزلة أمهم، يعتقون بعتقها ويرقون برقها، فإذا مات سيدهم عتقوا.
Ibrahim says that if a person marries his umm walad to his slave, and then she has children from him, those children will be under the same ruling as their mother; they will become free when she is freed, and they will remain slaves as long as she is a slave. When their master dies, they will become free.
