٢١٧٨٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم في رجل استعار من رجل فرسا فركضه حتى مات، قال: ليس عليه ضمان؛ لأن الرجل يركض فرسه.
Ibrahim was asked about a man who borrowed a horse, and when he spurred the horse, it died. He replied that there will be no liability, because a man usually spurs a horse.
