Hadith 21777
٢١٧٧٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: حدثنا جرير عن (مغيرة) (١) عن إبراهيم قال: ليس على المستكري والمستعير ضمان إلا أن (يخالفا) (٢).
Ibrahim says that there is no liability upon the one who rents something or borrows it, but if they go against the agreement, then there is liability.
