Hadith 21686
٢١٦٨٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا جرير وحفص وأبو خالد عن عبد الملك بن أبي سليمان عن عطاء عن ابن عباس قال: الولاء (لا) (١) يباع ولا يوهب (٢).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) says that Wala’ (the right of inheritance due to manumission) can neither be sold nor gifted.
