Hadith 21685
٢١٦٨٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن عيينة عن عبد اللَّه بن دينار عن ابن (عمر) (١) قال: نهى رسول اللَّه ﷺ عن بيع الولاء و (عن) (٢) هبته (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) narrates that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) forbade the sale and gifting of wala (the right of inheritance due to manumission).
