الرجل يشتري من الرجل (المبيع) فيقول: إن كان بنسيئة فبكذا، وإن كان نقدا (فبكذا)Ruling if a Man Says: If on Credit, for This Price; If Cash, for That Price
Hadith 21681
٢١٦٨١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن أبي زائدة عن محمد بن (عمرو) (١) عن أبي سلمة عن أبي هريرة قال: قال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "من باع بيعتين في بيعة فله أوكسهما أو الربا" (٢).
It is narrated from Hazrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Whoever makes two sales in one transaction, he will have the one with the lesser value of the two, otherwise it will be usury.
