Hadith 21672
٢١٦٧٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يحيى بن (زكريا) (١) بن أبي زائدة عن أشعث عن عكرمة عن ابن عباس قال: لا بأس أن يقول للسلعة: هي بنقد بكذا وبنسيئة (بكذا) (٢) ولكن لا يفترقا إلا عن رضا (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with both of them) says that if the seller says about the goods that the cash price is such and the credit price is such, then there is no harm in it; however, mutual consent at the time of separation is necessary.
