٢١٥٨٠ - حدثنا ابن أبي زائدة عن العلاء بن المسيب قال: سمعت الحكم قرأ: ﴿فَإِنْ أَمِنَ بَعْضُكُمْ بَعْضًا﴾ قال: نسخت هذه الشهود.
Hazrat Hakam states that the verse of the Holy Qur'an { فَإِنْ أَمِنَ بَعْضُکُمْ بَعْضًا } has abrogated the requirement of appointing witnesses.
