Hadith 21512
٢١٥١٢ - [حدثنا ابن أبي زائدة عن ابن (سالم) (١) عن عامر قال: إذا اختلف الراهن والمرتهن في قيمة الرهن فالبينة على الذي (٢) يدعي الرهن] (٣).
Hazrat Aamir says that if there is a dispute between the mortgagor and the mortgagee regarding the status of the pledge, then it is obligatory upon the one claiming the pledge to present evidence.
