Hadith 21506
٢١٥٠٦ - حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن عبد الملك عن عطاء قال: إذا اختلف الراهن والمرتهن فقال هذا: (عشرة، وقال هذا) (١): عشرون، فالقول قول الراهن.
Hazrat Ata says that if the pledger and the pledgee disagree—one says ten and the other says twenty—then the statement of the pledger will be considered valid.
