٢١٣٦٩ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن (أبي) (١) عون عن شريح في رجل (اكترى) (٢) دابة فجاوز الوقت، قال: يجمع عليه الكراء والضمان.
Qadi Shurayh says that if a rented animal is taken beyond the specified place, both the rent and liability will be obligatory.
