Hadith 21368
٢١٣٦٨ - حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن الحسن [بن] عبيد اللَّه عن إبراهيم قال: إذا تكارى الرجل الدابة إلى المكان كان له كراؤها فإن جاوز عليها (فنفقت) (١) كان له كراؤها الأول وعليه أن يضمنها.
Ibrahim says that if a man hires a ride for a specific area, then if he goes beyond that place and causes it harm, he will be liable for the first rent and also for compensation.
