Hadith 21365
٢١٣٦٥ - حدثنا حفص بن غياث عن الحسن بن (عبيد اللَّه) (١) قال: سألت إبراهيم عن رجل تكارى دابة فجاوز بها. قال: هو ضامن، ولا كراء عليه فيما (خالف) (٢).
Hazrat Hasan bin Ubaidullah says that I asked Ibrahim, if a person hires a ride and takes it beyond the agreed destination, what is the ruling? He replied that he will be liable, and in case of violating the agreement, there is no rent upon him.
