٢١٣٦٤ - حدثنا هشيم عن أبي حمزة عمران بن أبي عطاء قال: شهدت شريحا واختصم إليه رجلان (اكترى) (١) أحدهما من الآخر دابة إلى مكان معلوم فجاوز، (فضمنه) (٢) شريح.
Hazrat Abu Ata reports that I was present with Qazi Shurayh when two men came to him with a case: one man had taken a ride from the other for a specific place, but he took it beyond that. Hazrat Shurayh made the owner of the ride entitled to compensation.
