Hadith 21322
٢١٣٢٢ - حدثنا عبد الأعلى عن معمر عن الزهري قال: إذا وهب الرجل شيئًا فقال: هو لك ولعقبك، فهو له ولورثته، وإذا قال: هي لك حياتك، فهي راجعة إليه.
Hazrat Zuhri says that if a person, while entrusting something to someone, says, "This is for you and your family," then it will be for him and his heirs. And if he says, "This is for you during your lifetime," then it will return to the heirs of the one who gave the gift.
