الرجل يسن الرجل السكنىRuling if a Man Lets Another Stay in a House
Hadith 21315
٢١٣١٥ - حدثنا إسماعيل بن إبراهيم عن خالد الحذاء قال: كتب عمر بن عبد العزيز أن السكنى عارية. فإذا قال: هي له و (لعقبه) (١)، (فهي له و (لعقبه)) (٢) (٣) ما بقيت منهم امرأة، فإذا انقرضوا جميعا رجعت إلى ورثته.
Hazrat Umar bin Abdul Aziz wrote in a letter that residence is a borrowed thing. If the one giving residence says that it is for this person and for those who come after him, then it will be for him and for those who come after him, as long as even one woman among them remains. If not even one woman remains, then it will return to the heirs.
