٢١٣١٣ - حدثنا وكيع قال: (نا) (١) سفيان عن مغيرة عن إبراهيم قال: هو أسوة (الغرماء) (٢) إلا أن يكون حبسها له سلطان.
Ibrahim says that if the ruler does not prevent, then it belongs to the creditors.
