Hadith 21308
٢١٣٠٨ - حدثنا محمد بن فضيل عن عطاء بن السائب عن الشعبي أنه أتاه رجل [فقال: (إني) (١) (دفعت) (٢)] (٣) إلى رجل مالا مضاربة، فانطلق حتى إذا ⦗٢٧٧⦘ بلغ حلوان مات، فانطلقت (فوجدت) (٤) (كيسي) (٥) بعينه، فقال عامر: ليس لك دون الغرماء.
A man came to Hazrat Sha’bi and asked: I gave some wealth to a man for partnership (Mudarabah), he set out on a trade journey and passed away in Halwan. I went after him and saw that the pouch I had given was present exactly as it was. Hazrat ‘Amir said: You cannot take it except after leaving the creditors.
