(في) الرجل يهوق أو يفلس وعنده سلعة بعينهاRuling if a Man Dies or Becomes Insolvent and Has Goods
Hadith 21305
٢١٣٠٥ - حدثنا عبد الوهاب الثقفي عن برد عن مكحول أنه قال: في المفلس يجد عنده (١) الرجلُ متاعهَ بعينه قال: إن كان أخذ من ثمنه شيئًا فهو أسوة الغرماء وإلا فهو له.
Hazrat Mak’hool says that if a person who has become insolvent has someone’s property present in its original form, then it belongs to that person; however, if its price has been obtained, then it will be distributed among the creditors.
