Hadith 21275
٢١٢٧٥ - حدثنا جرير عن أبان بن (تغلب) (١) عن (طلحة) (٢) عن إبراهيم والشعبي قالا: من ملك عمه أو عمته أو (خاله) (٣) أو خالته وما دون ذلك من النسب فهو عتيق.
Ibrahim and Hazrat Sha'bi state that if a person becomes the owner of his paternal uncle, paternal aunt, maternal uncle, or maternal aunt, then they will become free; they are like parents for him.
