Hadith 21157
٢١١٥٧ - حدثنا وكيع قال: نا سفيان عن أبي حصين عن علي في (المضارب) (١) (أو) (٢) الشريكين قال: سفيان لا أدري أيهما قال الربح على ما اصطلحا عليه و (الوضيعة) (٣) على المال.
Hazrat Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) said regarding those who engage in mudarabah and partnership that the profit will be according to the agreed share and the loss will be from the principal amount.
