Hadith 21148
٢١١٤٨ - حدثنا شريك عن جابر عن أبي جعفر قال: إذا اشترى الرجل المتاع و (أشرك) (١) فيه أحدا، فالربح على ما (اشتركا) (٢) عليه، و (الوضيعة) (٣) على المال.
Hazrat Abu Ja'far says that if a person buys something and then makes someone else a partner in it, then the profit will be according to the agreed proportion, and the loss will be covered from the capital.
