ما قالوا في قتل الحيات والرخصة فيه؟Regarding Killing Snakes
Hadith 21092
٢١٠٩٢ - حدثنا وكيع عن سفيان عن أبي قيس عن علقمة قال: ما يضر أحدكم قتل حية أو قتل كافرًا إلا الذي كأنه ميل فإنه جنّها.
Hazrat Alqamah says that killing a snake and a disbeliever is the same, except for that snake which is like the stick of a kohl container; it is not permissible to kill it, as it is a jinn.
