ما قالوا في قتل الحيات والرخصة فيه؟Regarding Killing Snakes
Hadith 21081
٢١٠٨١ - حدثنا أبو معاوية عن الأعمش عن إبراهيم عن الأسود عن عبد اللَّه قال: كنا مع (رسول اللَّه) (١) ﷺ في غار، (و) (٢) قد أنزلت عليه: ﴿وَالْمُرْسَلَاتِ عُرْفًا﴾، قال (٣): فنحن نأخذها من فيه رطبة، إذ دخلت علينا حية، فقال لنا رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "اقتلوها" (فابتدرنا لها) (٤) (لنقتلها) (٥) (فسبقتنا) (٦) (بنفسها) (٧) فقال رسول اللَّه ﷺ: "وقاها اللَّه شركم كما وقاكم شرها" (٨).
Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I was with the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) together in a cave when this verse was revealed { وَالْمُرْسَلاَتِ عُرْفًا }. As soon as this verse was revealed, we received it from the blessed chest of the Prophet (peace be upon him). Meanwhile, a snake entered the cave, so the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "Kill it." We moved forward to kill the snake, but it ran away. Then he said, "Allah has saved it from your harm and you from its harm."
