Hadith 21040
٢١٠٤٠ - [[حدثنا يزيد أنا شعبة عن هشام بن زيد (بن) (١) أنس قال: دخلت ⦗٢١٠⦘ مع أنس دار الإمارة وقد نصبوا دجاجة وهم يرمونها فقال: نهى رسول اللَّه ﷺ] (٢) أن تصبر البهائم (٣).
Hazrat Hisham bin Zaid bin Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates that I entered the governor's house with Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him), where some people had tied up a chicken and were targeting it. Hazrat Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Prophet ﷺ forbade tying up animals and killing them by making them a target.
