Hadith 20952
٢٠٩٥٢ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا معتمر بن سليمان قال: قلت لبرد: الرجل (يكون على الرجل) (١) فيطعن (الحمار) (٢) (ويذكر) (٣) اسم اللَّه، أو يضربه بالسيف فذكر عن مكحول أنه قال: إذا ذكر اسم اللَّه حين يضرب أو يطعن فليس به بأس.
Hazrat Mu'tamir bin Sulaiman says that I mentioned to Hazrat Bard: If a man rides and strikes a donkey with a spear and also takes the name of Allah, or strikes with a sword, then what is the ruling? Hazrat Bard narrated the saying of Hazrat Makhool that if he took the name of Allah while striking with the sword or spear, then there is no harm in it.
