٢٠٨٩٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن فضيل عن حصين عن عامر (١) قال: سألته عن المعراض فقال: إذا (كنت) (٢) أصبت بحده فخزق كما يخزق السهم فكل، فإن (أصابه) (٣) بعرضه (فلا) (٤) تأكل إلا أن تذكيه.
Hazrat Husain says that I asked Hazrat Aamir about hunting with a mi’raaz (a type of arrow). He replied that if its pointed part, like that of an arrow, strikes the prey, then eat it; but if it strikes with its side and you are unable to slaughter it, then do not eat it.
