Hadith 20867
٢٠٨٦٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو بكر الحنفي عن أسامة عن القاسم في رجل رمى صيدًا على شاهقة فتردى حتى وقع على الأرض وهو ميت قال: إن كان يعلم أنه مات من (رميته) (١) أكل، وإن شك أنه مات من التردي لم يأكل.
Hazrat Qasim says that if a hunter shoots an arrow at prey sitting at a height and it falls down, then if he knows that it died due to his arrow, he may eat it; but if he doubts whether it died from falling down, then he should not eat it.
