إذا رمى صيدا فوقع في الماءIf Game Is Struck by an Arrow and Falls into Water
Hadith 20859
٢٠٨٥٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو الأحوص عن الأعمش عن عبد اللَّه بن مرة عن مسروق قال: قال عبد اللَّه: إذا رميت (طيرًا) (١) فوقع في ماء فلا تأكل، (فإني) (٢) أخاف أن (يكون) (٣) الماء قتله، و (إن) (٤) رميت صيدا وهو على جبل فتردى فلا تأكله فإني أخاف (أن) (٥) (٦) التردي (٧) أهلكه (٨).
Hazrat Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) says that when you shoot an arrow at game and it falls into water, do not eat it, because I fear that perhaps the water has killed it. And if you shoot an arrow at game and it falls from a mountain, do not eat it, because I fear that perhaps its death occurred due to the fall.
