Hadith 20807
٢٠٨٠٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يحيى بن سعيد عن ابن جريج عن نافع عن ابن عمر قال في الطير: (البزاة) (١) والصقور وغيرها وما أدركت ذكاته فهو لك، وما (لم تدرك) (٢) ذكاته فلا تأكله (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with both of them) regarding hunting done through birds, hawks, or falcons, says that if you get the opportunity to slaughter the hunted animal, then eat it, and if you cannot slaughter it, then do not eat it.
