Hadith 20765
٢٠٧٦٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا جرير عن مغيرة عن حماد إبراهيم قال: إذا رميت بالسهم ولم تسم، فذوت قبل أن (يقتل) (١) الصيد، ثم سميت ثم قتله فكل، والكلب مثل ذلك.
Ibrahim (may Allah have mercy on him) said that when you throw an arrow towards the game and do not say Bismillah, and before the game is killed you remember and recite Bismillah, then if the game dies, eat it. The same ruling applies to a dog.
