ما (قالوا) في الكلب يأكل من صيده؟Is It Permissible to Eat an Animal Hunted by a Dog?
Hadith 20728
٢٠٧٢٨ - حدثنا (أبو بكر قال: نا) (١) علي بن هاشم عن ابن أبي ليلى (عن الحكم) (٢) عن سعيد بن جبير عن ابن عباس قال: إذا أرسلت كلبك فأكل فلا تأكل فإنما أمسك على نفسه (٣).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) says that when you send your dog for hunting and it eats something from the prey, then do not eat that prey because the dog has stopped it for itself.
