Hadith 20587
٢٠٥٨٧ - حدثنا عيسى بن يونس عن الأوزاعي عن (سعيد) (١) (بن جبلة) (٢) عن طاوس أن النبي ﷺ قال: "إن اللَّه بعثني بالسيف بين يدي الساعة، (وجعل) (٣) رزقي (٤) تحت ظل رمحي، وجعل الذل والصغار على من خالفني، ومن تشبه بقوم فهو منهم" (٥).
It is narrated from Hazrat Tawus that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Allah Almighty has sent me with the sword before the Day of Judgment. Allah has placed my sustenance under the shadow of my spear. The fate of my opponents is humiliation and disgrace. Whoever imitates a people is one of them.
