Hadith 20426
٢٠٤٢٦ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا محمد بن سواء عن سعيد عن قتادة عن الحسن قال: إن قربها قبل أن تمضي أربعة أشهر فهي طالق ثلاثًا، فإن تركها حتى تمضي أربعة أشهر فقد بانت (منه) (١) بواحدة، ويتزوجها إن شاء ويدخل بها قبل أن تمضي السنة.
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if he comes to her before the completion of four months, then she will receive three divorces, and if he leaves her until four months have passed, then she will become separated (bainah) with one divorce. And if he wishes, he can marry her, and before the completion of a year, he can have intercourse with her.
