ما قالوا في السقط تنقضي به العدة؟If a Premature Child Is Born, Does the Waiting Period End?
Hadith 20423
٢٠٤٢٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا ابن أبي عدي عن أشعث قال: كان الحسن يقول: إذا ألقته علقة أو مضغة بعد أن يعلم أنه حمل ففيه (الغرة) (١)، (و) (٢) تنقضي به العدة، وإن كانت أم ولد أعتقت.
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that when a woman gives birth to a congealed clot of blood or a lump of flesh after it has been established that she was pregnant, then there is ghurrah (compensation) in it. And her 'iddah (waiting period) will be completed by this, and if she is an umm walad (a slave woman who has borne a child to her master), she will become free.
