Hadith 20421
٢٠٤٢١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا إسحاق الأزرق عن أبي العلاء عن حجاج عن الحارث أنه قال في المطلقة والمتوفى عنها: إذا رمت بولدها قبل أن يتم خلقه قال: إذا استبان منه شيء حلت للزوج.
Hazrat Harith (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if a woman observing 'iddah gives birth to an incomplete child, she becomes lawful for her husband. And Ibn Shubrumah (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if the child is such that its humanity can be recognized, then the 'iddah is complete.
