Hadith 20420
٢٠٤٢٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا علي بن الحسن بن شقيق قال: أخبرنا حسين ابن واقد قال: نا أبو (منازل) (١) قال: سمعت شريحًا يقول: إذا أسقطت المرأة سقطًا تم عدة الحرة وأعتقت السرية.
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) says that when a woman gives birth to an incomplete child, the waiting period (‘iddah) of a free woman is completed and a slave woman becomes free.
