Hadith 20387
٢٠٣٨٧ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا وكيع عن إسرائيل عن جابر عن عامر في رجل (كنّ) (١) له أربع نسوة فلحقت إحداهن بدار الحرب، قال: يتبعها الطلاق ثم (يتزوج) (٢).
Hazrat Aamir, may Allah have mercy on him, was asked: If a man has four wives and one of them goes to Dar al-Harb, what is the ruling? He replied: He should divorce her and marry another.
