ما قالوا في الرجل تزوج امرأة على أن أمرها بيد رجل؟If a Man Marries a Woman on Condition That Her Affair Is in His Hands
Hadith 20373
٢٠٣٧٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يحيى بن (يمان) (١) عن سفيان عن عبد الكريم عن الحكم والزهري في رجل تزوج امرأة على أن أمرها بيد رجل، قال الحكم: ليس بشيء.
Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) and Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) were asked: If a man marries a woman on the condition that the matter of the woman will be in the man's hands. Hazrat Hakam (may Allah have mercy on him) said that this is not a condition. Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him) said that it will be exactly as such nowhere. Hazrat Sufyan (may Allah have mercy on him) said that my opinion is the same as that of Hazrat Zuhri (may Allah have mercy on him).
