Hadith 20324
٢٠٣٢٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا أبو داود عن حماد بن سلمة عن حميد عن الحسن في رجل ادعت امرأته أنه طلقها فرافعته إلى السلطان، فاستحلفه أنه لم يطلق ثم ردت عليه ومات، قال الحسن: ترثه.
Hazrat Hasan (may Allah be pleased with him) says that if a woman claims that her husband has divorced her and takes this case to the ruler, and the ruler makes the husband swear an oath that he has not divorced her, then the woman is sent back to live with him. If the husband then dies, that woman will be his heir.
