Hadith 20294
٢٠٢٩٤ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حميد بن عبد الرحمن عن حسن عن مطرف عن إسماعيل (عن الحسن) (١) عن زيد بن ثابت قال: إذا كان عم وأم، فعلى الأم بقدر ميراثها، وعلى العم بقدر ميراثه (٢).
Hazrat Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) says that when both the mother and the paternal uncle are present, the mother's responsibility will be according to her share of inheritance and the uncle's responsibility will be according to his share of inheritance.
