Hadith 20290
٢٠٢٩٠ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا يونس بن محمد قال: نا حماد بن زيد عن علي ابن الحكم عن الضحاك ﴿وَعَلَى الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ﴾ قال: لا يضار.
Hazrat Dhahhak, in the commentary of the verse { وَعَلَی الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِکَ } of the Holy Qur'an, says that it is obligatory upon the heir not to let it suffer any loss.
