Hadith 20289
٢٠٢٨٩ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا حفص بن غياث عن أشعث عن الشعبي عن ابن عباس: ﴿وَعَلَى الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ﴾ قال: على الوارث أن لا يضار (١).
Hazrat Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both), in the explanation of the verse of the Holy Qur'an { وَعَلَی الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِکَ }, says that it is obligatory upon the heir that he should not cause any harm to it.
