Hadith 20285
٢٠٢٨٥ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا عباد بن العوام عن جويبر عن الضحاك في هذه الآية: ﴿وَعَلَى الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ﴾ قال: الوالد يموت ويترك (ولدًا) (١) صغيرًا ⦗٤٧٠⦘ فإن كان له مال فرضاعه في ماله (وإن) (٢) لم يكن له مال فرضاعه على عصبته.
Hazrat Dahhak (may Allah have mercy on him), in the commentary of the verse { وَعَلَی الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِکَ } of the Holy Qur'an, states that if the father passes away and leaves behind a small child, then if the father has wealth, the child's milk will be arranged from his wealth, and if there is no wealth, then this responsibility will fall upon the agnates.
