ما قالوا في الصبي يموت (أبوه) (و) أمه (وله) مال، رضاعه من أين يكون؟If Both Parents Die and the Child Inherits Wealth, How Is Wet-Nursing Arranged?
Hadith 20273
٢٠٢٧٣ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا إسماعيل بن (علية) (١) عن أيوب عن محمد قال: أُتي عبد اللَّه بن عتبة في رضاع صبي فجعل رضاعه من ماله، وقال لوليه: لو ⦗٤٦٨⦘ لم يكن له مال لجعلنا رضاعه في مالك، ألا تراه يقول: ﴿وَعَلَى الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِكَ﴾ [البقرة: ٢٣٣].
Muhammad (may Allah have mercy on him) narrates that a case regarding the nursing of a child was brought before Abdullah bin Utbah (may Allah have mercy on him). He made the nursing obligatory from the child's wealth and said to his guardian, "If he had no wealth, we would have arranged for his milk from your wealth. Have you not read this verse of the Holy Qur'an { وَعَلَی الْوَارِثِ مِثْلُ ذَلِکَ }"
