Hadith 20211
٢٠٢١١ - حدثنا أبو بكر قال: نا شريك عن جابر عن عامر عن شريح أن رجلًا خلع ابنته فلم ترض قال: وقع عليها الطلاق، وأبوها ضامن لما افتدى به.
Hazrat Shurayh (may Allah have mercy on him) says that if a person wants to arrange khula on behalf of his minor daughter but she does not consent, then divorce will take place and her father will be responsible for the compensation.
